Was Samson Right in Denying the Sign penultimate ball ?

With Yet Another 220+ Chase against the Punjab Kings , Rajasthan Royals were cruising with Samson Leading from the Front and Some Cameos from Buttler, Dube and Parag. Comes the Final Over and they needed 13 off it with Samson on Strike and Chris Morris Partnering him at Other End. With already 68 Runs Coming in the Last 5 Overs, Rajasthan Royals were the Favorites to Repeat their Last Year’s Heist. Rahul had already exhausted Shami’s Overs, so he entrusted Arshdeep to Defend the Score in the Final Over. Arshdeep Did well in the First 3 Deliveries to concede just 2 Runs by Bowling Outside Off each time.
